Wildcat Authority: Arizona president Robert Robbins said Monday he wanted fans at Pac-12 events this fall, but the regulations in California were too much to overcome and the Pac-12 wanted consistency throughout the conference.
In addition, Robbins had a message for fans who want to get together off campus at restaurants or houses to watch the games.
