By Steve Bartle, UteZone: The University of Utah has received a very significant commitment from Utah State Aggies transfer, Marco Anthony. This is a significant addition for Craig Smith as the new Utah basketball head coach. Anthony joins the team as a capable playmaker but more importantly is a player with experience playing for Smith.
Anthony is now the fourth transfer addition to Smith’s program. He joins former teammate guard Rollie Worster, former UNLV guard David Jenkins Jr., and Cincinnati win Gabe Madsen. Clearly, the early focus for Smith and his staff has been to improve the depth in the backcourt.
