Duck Territory: The biggest name on the board in the 2021 cycle is down to five schools with the Ducks remaining in the mix. The top prospect in the 247Sports rankings for the 2021 class, Sammamish (Wash.) Eastside Catholic defensive tackle J.T. Tuimoloau is entering the home stretch of his recruitment and the Oregon staff has shown their relentless pursuit of the nation’s No. 1 prospect.
Oregon’s recruitment of the nation’s top prospect began back in 2018 while Tuimoloau was still a freshman in high school, extending the offer after a year where the Tuimoloau flashed his skills on the varsity level in the fall and then the 7v7 circuit in the winter and spring.
