Oregon launches program to help athletes take advantage of branding

Duck Territory: With Name, Image, and Likeness legislation set to take effect in the next calendar year, schools are looking to educate their student-athletes on how to best position their branding and marketing possibilities.


 

 


 

The University of Oregon has announced an educational program, EMERGE, with business leaders from companies such as Nike, Facebook, Twitter and INFLCR, plus the universities own academic resources to help guide the student-athletes through the new legislation.
