By Chris Hummer, 247Sports: Most college football programs have started spring ball or will very soon as we approach the end of March, which means we have actual spring football to discuss for the first time in two years.
Some will ignore this time of year as glorified practice. But spring ball is when major depth chart moves are made, systems installed and position battles won. Every coach in the country will tell you this time of year is invaluable.
