Pac-12 Heisman Trophy Winner Milestones

  • O.J. Simpson received the most first-place votes in Hesiman history with 855 in 1968; Marcus Mariota had the third-most with 788 in 2014
  • Mariota received 90.92% of the possible points available in 2014 (2,534), the second-highest percentage ever.
  • Mariota was named on more Heisman ballots than any winner before or since, with 884.
  • Simpson’s margin of victory over the second-place candidate (1,750 votes) remains the largest ever.
