The end of the NCAA Tournament — which we didn’t have last year — brings a more normal rhythm to the basketball year. The question on everyone’s mind at the top of the NBA draft: Will USC’s Evan Mobley or Oklahoma State’s Cade Cunningham become the first overall pick?
