CougFan.com: Just hours after California Governor Gavin Newsom effectively told reporters that the Pac-12’s decision to play football is the conference’s call, not his, a spokesperson for Oregon Governor Kate Brown said they’re working with the state’s two Pac-12 schools to get matters underway but that the Pac-12 has never submitted a plan to state health officials outlining safety protocols that would allow the season to proceed.
