By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: Stilwell (Kansas) Blue Valley High School offensive lineman Nick Herzog had hopes of playing college football, but his recruiting stock has soared well past expectations he once had. He now stands with 10 scholarship offers, seven Power-5 opportunities and ranks as 247Sports’ No. 1 2022 recruit in the state of Kansas.
Going into the 2020 summer, Herzog was just starting to get on the radar. A Power-5 offer then quickly ramped up his process.
