247Sports: Dominiq Penn, a six-foot and 155-pound point guard out of Chattanooga (Tenn.) Hamilton Heights Christian, has committed and enrolled at Washington, he tells 247Sports.
“The University of Washington Huskies and I am eligible to play,” Penn told 247Sports.
The three-star prospect was a 2020 prospect before reclassifying to 2021 this past year but with his decision to enroll early, he will now be rejoining his original class.
