Sun Devil Source: Arizona State is expecting a boost to one of the thinnest position groups on its roster as soon as October with the pending walk-on addition of sixth-year senior tight end Kyle Horn, who started in 2019 in his fifth season at the University of Massachusetts.
Horn, 6-foot-5 and 255 pounds, started all 11 of his appearances last year and had 15 catches for 197 yards and a team-leading three touchdowns, including a career-long 56-yard touchdown reception against Army. For his efforts, Horn was nominated for the 2019 Burlsworth Trophy, an award that recognizes the most outstanding FBS player who began his career as a walk-on.
