By Chris Fetters, Dawgman: Nearly two months ago, the internet swirled with rumors that Washington receiver Puka Nacua was set to transfer from Montlake. He had taken his connections to the program off his Twitter biography. In fact, the rumors were so strong, UW Receivers Coach Junior Adams had to travel to make a personal plea to Puka and his family to quell the unrest.
Utah, BYU, Arizona, and other schools were mentioned at the time as possible destinations because of his home state and the coaches Nacua had started to follow on social media.
