USCFootball.com: USC’s 2021 class went through a little bit of a cold period while the North’s Oregon surged ahead to No. 3 in the nation and No. 1 in the Pac-12. But the Trojans have picked up the pace a little with commitments from 2022 QB Devin Brown and four-star 2021 cornerback Philip Riley the last several weeks.
