Wisconsin AD: Big Ten committee still planning fall return proposal

247Sports: A proposal on the Big Ten’s fall 2020 college football season is still coming together, according to Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez. In an address to the Wisconsin athletic board Friday, per Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Wisconsin beat writer Jeff Potrykus, Alvarez said that the Big Ten committee consulting with medical officials on a return plan is “still working to gather info (facts) to fashion a proposal for league’s Presidents and chancellors.”

Potrykus reported that Alavarez said the committee “plans to have more meetings with league’s Council Chancellors/Presidents.” Alvarez, however, could not provide an exact target date for kickoff, Potrykus added.
