CougFan: Oscar Draguicevich one of the great punters in Washington State history, announced on Twitter late today that he is bypassing his final year of eligibility and declaring for the NFL draft.
As recently as mid October he said he “probably” would return in 2021 for an extra, covid-triggering year of eligibility but today he tweeted that “after talking to family and coaches I’ve decided that I will be foregoing my final year of NCAA eligibility and declare for the 2021 NFL draft.”
